inspirED Reader & Writer: Food Critic
How would you describe your favorite
meal? How about your favorite drink?
Not only does learning to describe the
taste of food make your meals more
fun, it could even make them tastier!
In this course, students will write
creatively and descriptively in order to
bring to life eating and drinking (and
even cooking and baking).

Creative Writing: Painting with Words
If a picture tells a thousand words, can
a thousand words paint a picture? In
this course, students will study details
in mentor texts and illustrations to
bring out their imagination and to
enrich their writing using colorful
words and artistic techniques.

inspirED STEM: Scratch Storytelling
Did you know that you can use game
programming to raise awareness of
recycling and saving baby turtles? Or
to tell a story through interactive
elements within the Scratch game
programming platform? Whether your
child has a cause, a story to tell, or
simply a desire to learn the basics of
game programming, this is the course
to bring it to life!
