Camp Descriptions
At the Weinstein JCC, we offer three distinct day camp experiences, each designed to meet the unique needs and interests of every camper.
CAMP HILBERT
RISING GRADES K – 10
Camp Hilbert has provided the surrounding communities with meaningful, values-driven summer experiences for more than 76 years. Nestled in the woods of Goochland County, our beautiful 110-acre site is the ideal day camp setting for exploring the outdoors, building community, developing new skills, and forging lifelong friendships.
Campers in rising Kindergarten through 9th grade enjoy a wide range of specialist-led activities— including Art, Performing Arts, Tikkun Olam( repairing the world), Athletics, Boating, and more. Each unit has daily swim and opportunities to extend the camp day through late stays, overnights, and camping trips.
We also offer a dedicated Leaders in Training( LIT) program for our rising 10th graders, designed to grow their leadership skills through learning sessions, hands-on experience with specialists, and enriching field trips.

SPECIALTY CAMPS
RISING GRADES K – 8
Specialty Camps is a weekly camp program that provides pure fun and excitement for kids in grades rising K-8. Does your child dream of creating LEGO masterpieces, becoming a star athlete, or building robots? Our full-day Specialty Camps provide a mix of fun and learning through vendor-led, instructional camps taking place in the morning, followed by staffled, camper-choice activities taking place in the afternoon. Our goal is to provide an interactive and safe environment that ensures every camper’ s physical, mental, and social development needs are met. Every week brings new adventures!

VOICES TOGETHER
RISING GRADES 1 – 9
Voices Together is a safe and structured day camp for children who are neurodivergent. Campers participate in both indoor and outdoor activities that keep them engaged and entertained, including art, music, swimming, science and classroom and gym games. The professional staff and teen volunteers make this an experience your child will not forget!
