Please read carefully before you complete your camper ' s online application forms.
Change vs. Cancellation
Change: The total number of registered camp weeks or programs remain the same but the camper’ s schedule changes or adding weeks and programs to the camper’ s schedule.
• Not guaranteed, subject to availability
• $ 35 fee for any changes made after April 1
Cancellation: When the total number of camp weeks or programs decrease.
• For cancellation made by April 1, you will receive full refund minus the $ 50 registration fee
• For cancellation made after April 1 there will be no refunds
Key items after you submit your camper ' s Weinstein JCC Summer Camp Application Form:
• There will be an“ Applied Status” email per camper when the form is submitted
• There will be an“ Enrolled Status” email per camper after your camper’ s spot has been confirmed
Utilize these emails to check that you have registered camper for your preferred weeks
• All changes and cancellations must be written via email and sent to Marianne Krumpe at mkrumpe @ weinsteinjcc. org
Required Forms Before Your Camper’ s First Day:
Your camper’ s required forms will be available to you through your CampInTouch Account beginning March 1.
All forms must be completed and returned by May 1, 2026.
