As we continue to celebrate the 2025 College Service Season, we also find ourselves looking ahead, planning and preparing for the 2026 season. Our goal remains the same each year: to continue expanding, refining and strengthening the support we provide to college soccer programs across the country.
Over the past several weeks, coaches may have noticed surveys, emails or invitations to meetings asking questions about their programs’ needs. Our team is actively collaborating with division representatives, coaches and programs to better understand what each team, division and conference needs. By listening to our membership, we can ensure our services continue to evolve in ways that genuinely benefit college coaches and their programs.
WHAT IS COLLEGE SERVICES? A question we hear frequently is: What exactly is College Services, and how is it different than Individual Membership?
College Services is a program designed specifically for the college coach, supporting programs across all levels— from NCAA Division I programs to two-year institutions. The focus is on providing resources, recognition, education and connections that help coaches lead successful programs both on and off the field.
WHAT COLLEGE SERVICES INCLUDES College Services membership provides a range of benefits designed to support the specific needs of college coaches.
COLLEGE AWARDS AND RANKINGS Recognition remains a cornerstone of the program, celebrating the achievements of teams, coaches and athletes throughout the season. Both players and coaches are recognized through a range of honors, including All-American, Team Academic, Team Pinnacle and Staff of the Year, among others.
In addition, the United Soccer Coaches College Rankings provide a weekly snapshot of the nation’ s top programs, offering both National and Regional rankings for all divisions of both men’ s and women’ s college soccer.
COLLEGE SOCCER ALMANAC The College Soccer Almanac is published annually as a benefit to College Services members. This comprehensive resource includes intercollegiate coaching records, a historical list of All-America and Scholar All-America honorees, all-time honorees and a current directory of colleges sponsoring men’ s and women’ s soccer by division.
COLLEGE-SPECIFIC LISTSERV Members gain access to a dedicated communication channel for college coaches, allowing programs to exchange ideas, ask questions, assist in scheduling games and share opportunities with colleagues across the country.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FOR THE HEAD COACH Head coaches receive an individual membership that includes several professional benefits:

» Discounts on education, both online and in person as well as member-exclusive opportunities throughout the year.
» Discounted registration rates for members attending the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
