COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD PRESENTATIONS
DON R. KRASSIN
Don Krassin is the owner of Krassin Law Office in Wahpeton. He is a public defender and serves as the municipal judge in Wahpeton. He is active with the Kiwanis, the Optimist Club, and the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He also serves as president of the board of the Wahpeton Senior Center and is a board member and treasurer of the Leach Eldercare Home. Krassin has spent years giving back to his community and the Southeast Judicial District is excited to show him appreciation for his years of service and community involvement.
JEN LEE
Jen Lee is the executive director of Legal Services of North Dakota( LSND). Originally from Berthold, Lee has brought a bold and innovative approach to legal services, expanding access to justice across North Dakota. Since taking the helm of LSND, she has focused on building strong community partnerships, modernizing operations, and leading initiatives to better serve vulnerable populations. LSND has begun many new projects to expand services and improve legal
self-help tools for people navigating the court system without an attorney. Lee is an active member of the community and serves on the boards of the Minot Symphony Orchestra and High Plains Fair Housing Center. Her dedication to building stronger communities exemplifies the spirit of community leadership.
MARSHALL W. MCCULLOUGH
Marshall W. McCullough is a shareholder and serves as president of Ohnstad Twichell, P. C., in West Fargo. In addition to having a successful estate planning and probate practice, McCullough has donated his time and energy to numerous charitable organizations throughout North Dakota. He serves on the board of directors for the International Peace Gardens, Red River Valley Zoo, and ND Assistive; is a member of the Optimist Club of Fargo; coaches youth hockey and soccer; and volunteers with the Lake Metigoshe Club de Skinautique, a local water ski team. He currently serves on the West Fargo Economic Development Advisory Committee. McCullough is an inspiration for many, both within the legal field and statewide.
