Swim Lessons

Swim lessons are back at Laguna Niguel Aquatics Center ! Together with Goldfish Swim School , the City of Laguna Niguel will be offering swim lessons for students starting at only 4 months old . Lessons will be held mainly in the FIT Pool which is heated to a comfortable 85-88 degrees . All lessons will be 30 minutes long . Aqua Fit

This aqua fitness class is a great way to get in shape with little to no impact on your joints ! We focus on cardio , balance , and streghtening the entire body . A pool noodle will be used for fun exercises . The class is taught in medium and high intensity with modified exercises offered to beginners . Exercises are specific to improving posture , balance , and other impairments that cause pain using the NASM OPT model for corrective exercises . Team tryouts for the Crown Valley Novice Diving Team or the U . S . Junior Olympic Diving Team are by appointment only . Novice team practices are twice a week .
