A Message from City Manager Tamara Letourneau
Hello , Laguna Niguel !
Summertime has arrived and I am excited to share that we have many summer events planned for you to enjoy as a community . Recognizing just how much our summer concerts are beloved by our residents , I am happy to share with you that we have expanded this year ’ s Summer Concert Series . This summer instead of having four concerts we have planned eight amazing concerts to celebrate Summer in Laguna Niguel ! Additionally , please stay tuned for more information on our much-anticipated Sea Country Festival and Carnival , which will be held Friday , August 26 - Sunday , August 28 . The Sea Country Festival and Carnival will include games , music , carnival rides , food , and so much more ! I have no doubt that it will be an amazing experience for all attendees .
Since the summer months often include various special occasions , such as graduations and weddings , I also want to remind you that the City provides many different options to host your special occasion through our facility rental program . The Sea Country Senior and Community Center and the Crown Valley Community Center both offer ballrooms , meeting rooms , outdoor space , and kitchen facilities for use by the public . Both facilities are suitable for a wide variety of special occasions , such as wedding receptions , anniversary celebrations , graduation parties , baby showers , and so much more ! Additionally , the Amphitheater and the Valley Plaza at Crown Valley Park are two beautiful outdoor spaces that can be reserved for smaller , private events . I encourage you to visit our Facility Rentals webpage to view photos and learn more about the different spaces that are available to the public for rent . And if you have any questions , please contact our Rental Coordinators at rentals @ cityoflagunaniguel . org . They are happy to assist you and they will ensure that your overall special event rental process with the City is an easy , efficient , and enjoyable experience .
As you can see , we are committed to providing many opportunities for our residents to engage as a community . I hope that you explore this Summer 2022 Recreation Brochure and that you choose to participate in a program , activity , class , or special event that is being offered over the coming months .
