Imagination Celebration

The ethereal imagery for our 2022 PA Benefit and Auction spoke to the optimism and power of resilience within a strong community . “ This year ’ s school theme , ‘ scholarly and creative ,’ clearly defines the essence of Saint David ’ s — our boys , our school , and our community at large . Synonyms for creative include clever , imaginative , innovative , and ingenious . What wonderful words to describe these boys ! One can imagine eager Saint David ’ s boys bounding through the doors on East 89th Street , experimenting in the science lab , tackling complex mathematical equations , demonstrating leadership in student council , competing on the sports fields , and chatting with friends in the halls ,” noted Benefit Chair Kristen Williams .
With Imagination as its theme , the benefit brought together our entire community of parents , faculty and staff on Friday , February 25 , 2022 , at Cipriani 42nd Street . Celebratory jazz performed by our very own Franco Finstad ’ s band greeted all upon entrance to the event as spirits soared . The evening of dining , dancing , and auction bidding raised over $ 700,000 for Saint David ’ s . More importantly , Saint David ’ s families and faculty / staff celebrated each other and the joy of being together again .
