We have a plastic problem. Not enough is being recycled and experts say there will be more plastic than fish in the ocean by 2050. Nexus Fuels hopes to help change this. As a molecular recycler, it turns discarded plastic back into virgin material( plastic resin used to manufacture new plastic products). This keeps plastic in the economy and out of our oceans and landfills.
Cox Automotive acquired Dickinson Fleet Services in January 2021, bolstering the capabilities and geographic reach of Cox Automotive Mobility’ s nationwide fleet services marketplace.

Dickinson Fleet Services is a fleet maintenance and management company. Cox Automotive moved to acquire it to position us as the leading provider of this type of mobile service in the U. S. With customers including Amazon, and the expectation that fleet vehicles will drive 30 % more miles by 2030, our service network’ s ability to serve these companies puts us in a good position for the future.
ACCESS TO HEALTHIER FOODS
As the No. 1 brand of locally grown, packaged salads, BrightFarms uses 80 % less water, 90 % less land and 95 % less shipping fuel than field-grown produce. This allows its greenhouses and sustainably-raised leafy greens and other products to provide healthier food options that minimally impact the environment.
THE FUTURE OF AUTOMOTIVE IS ELECTRIC
It won’ t be long before you spot a Rivian all-electric pickup truck on the streets where you live. With a range of 400 miles and towing capacity of 11,000 pounds, it’ s no wonder companies like Amazon and Ford have joined Cox Automotive in investing in the new car maker. In addition to the investment, Cox Automotive also plans to work with Rivian to explore partnership opportunities in digital retailing, service operations and logistics.
CONTINUAL EXPANSION OF DIGITAL SERVICES
Our acquisition of FleetMaster, software designed to help companies track, analyze and improve their fleet operations, allows Cox Automotive to support fleet businesses’ core processes and help them save time and money so they can continue moving.
In 2020, Cox Enterprises assumed the majority ownership of BrightFarms, a leading next-generation indoor farming company supplying U. S. grocery retailers with packaged salad greens.
