UNPLUG ILLINOIS DAY | Sat Jul 10 Sunset Woods Park • 1801 Sunset Rd Leave your devices at home & celebrate Unplug Illinois Day by getting outside in beautiful Sunset Woods Park to enjoy a day full of free activities for the whole family . Physically distanced , but social as ever . Six-foot distancing rules apply , and mask wearing is highly encouraged around others . # UnplugIllinois encourages people to get out , unplug , play and engage with one another through experiences at local park and recreation agencies .

Wed Jun 9 | Pilates in the Park | Ages 13 + FREE ! Sunset Woods Park • 1801 Sunset Rd Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility . Pilates moves tend to target the core while strengthening and toning the body as a whole . Participants are required to bring an exercise mat or towel and water bottle . Registration is required . Tue Aug 17 | Yoga in the Park | Ages 13 + FREE ! Sunset Woods Park • 1801 Sunset Rd This yoga practice will consist of all levels yoga exercises and basic postures to leave you feeling strong and relaxed . Nature Nights | All Ages Spend the twilight hour in nature . Build a project , learn something new about nature , and stay to play in the park . Child must attend with a paid participating adult .
