To-date , CTAP has conducted the following Outreach events , intended to inform local contractors about and encourage them to participate in County-related public works opportunities :
A Contractors ’ Roundtable with District 1 Supervisor David Haubert and local contractors to review their experiences working with Alameda County .
A District 1 Outreach Workshop moderated by Ingrid Merriwether , President and CEO of CTAP administrator Merriwether & Williams Insurance Services . During the workshop , Supervisor David Haubert , discussed his plans and priorities for District 1 and the County , emphasizing his desire to support equity and inclusion ; Keith Rowan , Doug Bond and Alan Baxter presented upcoming capital and maintenance project opportunities ; Bill Lepere of Public Works and GSA ’ s Joan Quillio reviewed the County ’ s Project Stabilization / Community Benefits Agreement ( PS / CBA ) and the County ’ s Enhanced Construction Outreach Program ( ECOP ), which apply to the County ’ s larger projects . The Outreach event also presented information on how to access Contractor Technical Assistance Program ( CTAP ) services .
