A co-founder of the Women in Construction Expo , Jean has also served in leadership and on committees for a range of organizations , including Women Construction Owners and Executives ( WCOE ), the Associated General Contractors of America ( AGC ), Women Can Build Bay Area ( benefitting and empowering female construction apprentices ), the National Association of Women in Construction ( NAWIC ), the Women ’ s Business Enterprise Council ( member , past Chair ), and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Small Business Advisory Committee .
