While in law school, Wolfe was a selected participant
for the Rural Justice pilot project in the summer of
2014 and clerked for Judge John C. McClintock, Jr.
in Rugby, N.D. The Rural Justice Program provided
Wolfe exposure to the legal issues, both criminal and
civil, facing the court system in rural North Dakota,
specifically Bottineau, McHenry, Pierce, and Rolette
counties. The program was a collective project
between the UND Law School, SBAND, and the North
Dakota court system to place young attorneys in rural
areas.
Wolfe is the current attorney operating the satellite
office for Olson & Burns in Kenmare, N.D., as a
continued effort to serve the rural parts of North
Dakota. He travels weekly to maintain the firm’s
presence in northern Ward County and meets with
clients from the surrounding communities to assist
with their legal needs.
Wolfe is the past-president of the Ward County Bar
Association and sits on the board of directors for
the Minot Lions Club. In his spare time, he enjoys
spending time outdoors doing various activities like,
mountain biking at local state parks, kayaking, hunting,
