Certified as a WBE, SBE, SLEB and SB, All Bay Area Glass has gone on to work with Clark Construction on Highland Hospital, won a $459,000 contract through Hensel Phelps on the East County Hall of Justice, and worked with Cahill Construction and UrbanCore LLC’s Michael Johnson on the recently-completed Coliseum Connections, a public-private mixed-use project partially funded by Alameda County’s A-1 Housing Bond.

With additional ongoing public sector work, including more A-1 Housing Bond-related projects on the horizon, All Bay Area Glass has grown exponentially and stays very busy.
“Right now, thanks to Hensel Phelps keeping us in the loop, we are working on the entire 5th level of the Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto and are partnering with Alta Construction on Oakland’s Glenview Elementary School project.”
Along with giving thanks to God, highlighting the support received from primes and public agencies, and noting the hard work that she, her family and employees have put in over the years, Shaune underscores that a key part of their success has been providing competitive pricing and quality craftsmanship. “My dad always took the time to do the job right and to do it well and, while we’ve increased our efficiency and scale over the years, we continue his tradition of craftsmanship.”
Shaune’s gratitude extends to being able to have an active role in improving and beautifying her community, citing all Bay Area Glass’ work on Urban Core LLC’s Coliseum Connection, and with Nibbi Brothers Construction on Acts Cyrene Apartments – another public-private partnership mixed-use project, spearheaded by Acts Full Gospel Church. “Both of these projects are located in heartbeat areas of Oakland, where bringing in much-needed retailers and residential housing is revitalizing the community.”
