On Monday 9th April Chief Justice Frank Clarke visited St. Paul’s Community College in Waterford. The Chief Justice was welcomed to St. Paul’s CC by Principal Ms. Noreen Reilly , Director of Schools Ms. Eilis Leddy and the students council.

Chief Justice Clarke gave a motivational and inspirational talk to an assembly of students where he advised students to dream big, work hard and to achieve their potential in school.

He further advised students that they should explore career options that they may not have considered and gave the example of his own educational and career path in life.

Chief Justice Clarke presented the JCPA to the four students who attained the best Junior Certs results in 2017, he presented the JCSP student of the year award for 2017/2018. He also recognised the 8 students who were recently awarded by the UCC Plys programme.

Chief Justice Clarke then visited our ASD classes before joining the Management Team in the school for a delicious lunch prepared by Ms. Barron & the LCA students.
