easy-to-understand instruction, as well as games & competitions.
These lacrosse camps offer beginner to intermediate players the
opportunity to build a solid foundation. Boys & girls receive positive
reinforcement throughout the day to help build proper warm-
ups, footwork drills, catching, dodging, agility, passing, cradling,
shooting, defense and game strategies, and their confidence. This
is a great place to develop their individual skills in a fun & positive
environment.

The National Academy of Athletics Advanced

Development Softball Camp places a strong emphasis on
overall individual skill improvement as well as advanced
position-specific skills. This is combined with developing the
competitiveness to help players reach their true softball potential.
Each day of camp includes a balance between skill development,
games, and challenges to give kids the opportunity to apply their
skill. The camp offers serious softball players the chance to spend
35 hours developing their skills. The players are challenged each
day to do their very best. This camp is packed with tons of softball
fun and is specifically designed for girls ages 9-11 and 12-14 with
at least two years playing experience that would like to see what it
takes to compete at a higher level.
Features: Personal player video, position specific training and
workouts, daily hitting clinics, written evaluations, daily chalk talks,
individual and team challenges, and competitions.
