Meánscoil San Nioclás
Meánscoil San Nioclás also had an extremely successful entry in the Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture competition. Aoife Ni Urmholtaigh, Hannah de Paor, Meadhb Ní Churraoidhín and their design "LASRACH" reached the National Grand Final in the 3 arena on 27th April. 1500 designs entered the competition, this is a remarkable achievement. Aoife modelled the design and performed to a crowd of 10,000 on stage of the nations biggest indoor arena.
Glenda Gleeson MC'd for the night and the judging panel included Una Healy, Louis Walsh and Dr. Tracy Fahey from Limerick School of Art and Design. This was a fantastic experience and achievement for all involved.
