Fittest Student in Ireland !!
Matty O'Leary, a 6th year student in Bunclody Vocational College was recently crowned the fittest student in Ireland. Matty achieved this by completing the Irish Life schools fitness challenge in a faster time than any of the 23,000+ students from around Ireland who attempted the challenge.
This is Bunclody Vocational College' second time to compete in this competition and although Matty won the in-school competition last time around, this national recognition for his dedication to sport and fitness is an incredible achievement. He is pictured here with Olympians Thomas Barr and John Treacy. Congratulations Matty on a fantastic achievement.
