Bringing 3rd Level education to the Community WWETB experience
WWETB Community Education Programme in partnership with An Cosan Virtual Community College and South End Family Resource Centre Wexford are providing Third Level Education opportunities through the latest virtual, on line and mobile technologies.
Learners from Wexford have completed Love Learning – Learning to Learn at Third Level (QQI 6), Citizenship and Social Action (QQI 7) and Transformative Community Education (QQI 7) through a mix of classroom and on line learning.
We are working together to change lives and communities through on line learning. This approach is targeted at learners who have not benefitted from mainstream education.
Our learners come from community development and leadership roles. We are helping to demolish the digital divide that has excluded these groups in the past and helping the break down all the barriers to education to ensure we have education equality for all our citizens.
