Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers Hires New Associate
Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers PLLC recently added lawyer Allison
Mann to its legal team. She will
primarily focus her practice in the
Business Solutions, Personal Planning,
and Organizational Consultants
Teams. Prior to joining Ebeltoft .
Sickler . Lawyers, Allison was a law
clerk at Barnes & Thornburg, LLP, in
Minneapolis, Minn. Allison graduated
magna cum laude from the University
of St. Thomas School of Law in
Minneapolis.
Breyer Joins Einarson Law Office
Cassey Breyer is joining Einarson Law Office. Breyer is originally
from Langdon and holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from
the University of North Dakota (UND) and also graduated from the
UND School of Law in May 2013.
In January 2014, she began working as an Assistant State’s Attorney
in McHenry County; she was elected as a State’s Attorney later that
year.
Breyer is licensed in the state of
North Dakota and has experience
in many areas of law. During her
time as a State’s Attorney, Breyer
prosecuted all criminal offenses,
juvenile court proceedings, and
mental health committals. She
has experience working with
law enforcement, administrative
agencies, victims, and witnesses.
At Einarson Law Office, Breyer
will handle cases in the areas of divorce, custody, wills and planning,
probate, collections, real estate, guardianships, contract disputes, and
juvenile law.
Breyer primarily staffs the Cavalier location, but also sees clients in
Grafton by appointment. She began full time on July 1.

Howard Named Minot YWCA Woman of
Distinction
Judith Howard, attorney at
Howard & Associates, was named
one of the 2016 Minot YWCA’s
Women of Distinction. The award
was presented at the Women of
Distinction Awards Banquet in
March, which is an annual event
that recognizes and honors women
in a variety of areas ranging
from business to education to
volunteerism, who have contributed
significantly and serve as a role model to other women. The awards
honor women who have demonstrated excellence, leadership, and
integrity in their fields and in the community, serving as role models
for other successful women. Howard was one of twelve Women of
Distinction and received the award in the Professional category.
