ROSS ESPESETH
South Central Judicial District
Ross Espeseth, attorney at Bormann, Myerchin & Espeseth LLP
in Bismarck, is an active member of the Bismarck Lions Club. He
has been awarded the prestigious Melvin Jones Fellowship Award
by the Bismarck Lions Club, which recognizes humanitarian
work. Espeseth has worked to collect old eyeglasses for the Lions
Club Recycle for Sight Program and has also served as chair of
the North Dakota Eye Glass Program. He is also on the board for Creative Connections
and Opportunities, an organization that donates cars to low-income people, the Bismarck
Marathon, and previously served on the board for Central Dakota Children’s Choir.

Lee A. Christofferson of Devils Lake
has served as a long-time judge in the
Northeast Judicial District. He has also
been an active member of the Devils
Lake Region community, serving for
the past thirty-two years as a member
of the Devils Lake Kiwanis Club.

Chautauqua Corporation, which hosts
annual education, entertainment, and
community events in the Devils Lake Region. He has served as an active member of the
Lake Region Historical Society, Devils Lake Public School Foundation, and the Lake
Region Public Library. Judge Christofferson has also been a volunteer and performer at the
Fort Totten Little Theater and Miki’s School of Dance.

Timothy Ottmar has been a licensed
attorney in the Southeast Judicial
District since 1979 and has served
as the city of Jamestown’s municipal
judge since 1982. For many years,
he has been an active member of the
Jamestown Rotary Club, as well as
the Jamestown Elks Club. He has
served on many committees and

United Methodist Church since
the early 1980s. He has completed many philanthropic acts in the community without
recognition. He has also served as a Boy Scouts Counselor for citizen merit badges. He
currently serves as a board member of the North Dakota Community Foundation and was
one of the original board members of the Jamestown Community Foundation.
