NCSP APPROVED TO SELL GLOAL DEPOSITORY RECEIPTS
Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (NCSP), part of the Summa Group, has officially
announced that the PJSC NCSP’S Board of Directors have approved the transaction to sell 50 000
(fifty thousand) global depositary receipts. As of the 19th of October, they have certified rights to
ordinary shares of PJSC NCSP from PJSC NCSP to NPC Zarubezneft, a PJSC NCSP subsidiary.
