Carly begin to explore her avenue of self creation by starting up her own business calling it GlitzndGlamour during the year of 2011. Shortly, after her son was born she put her business on hold to focus on motherhood. Then after the time of being a full time mom she started back up with the added production of face painting in 2013.
She noted that being a full time mom and working a full time job it can be very demanding and sometimes hard to balance. but, with the of her parents which has been such a great relief of support and a great boyfriend who all inspire and encourage her to be great and live out your dreams. She said people do ask her how do she manage to be such a great multi-tasker with family and career. She says she "just do it". She find the time and make the time which consist of a schedule that she has to go by every single day, which is key into her organize life.

Our final words of discussion was skin regime and applying make up with some very valuable tips, along with her dreams and aspirations. We discuss the difference in applying make up in film and runway to print. which she responded that with film a full coverage in foundation that gives you that matte finish which more is always applied and as for the runway, your make up can change which can go to natural to a dramatic look to have a more glamour couture look.
We went into reasons of why do they use a base which she said it is to smooth out those unwanted blemishes to give a face a more smoother even tone look for overall appearance. She said the base also sets the foundation which helps your make up last longer throughout your day. She noted that you want to add base colors around your eye color to bring them out.
Her implemenation on skin care is that it is important to take care of your skin which is the biggest part of our body. The importance of skin care is vital for the appearance of that youthful appearance and elascity. So, that being said she want you to know we should be washing our faces daily cleaning all debris of make up and dirt and changing our pillow cases on a regular at least once a week. A big winner is to know your skin type so you know what products to use to help in maintaining healthy skin.
