2020
Success Stories is a digital journalistic product developed for the German Red Cross, which has all rights reserved on its content.
2023 was a year that challenged us to localize and integrate. Localization to arrive in time with and for the people at most need of anticipatory actions. Integration allowed us to work with new stakeholders, improve our cooperation and advance in the scaling-up in the region; not only collaborating with more countries but also innovating in hazards that go beyond climate (human mobility, epidemics, among others).
We thank the volunteers and technical staff of the Red-Cross National Societies for their trust in allowing our support in their efforts in favor of at-risk communities.
Our appreciation goes to our strategic allies, since through their good faith to collaborate, we extend the community of practice in the Americas.
