FbF in the World
Forecast Based Financing (FbF) is implemented worldwide by the German Red Cross through three regional programs in Africa, Asia and the Americas.
In Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) the FbF mechanism was piloted in 2015 in Peru and Ecuador and is now present in Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica and Argentina.
