Demron believes that God has blessed him
with a creative mind and artistic talent so that
he can help growing Jamaican gospel artistes
create marketable brands. This is the passion
that drives his work. He says, “When I’m
working on these production elements for a
gospel artiste’s brand it never feels like work
to me. I enjoy it so much!”
I caught up with him recently to learn more
about the genesis of his company. He
provides some useful tips for anyone wanting
to build a business in Jamaica’s creative
recording studio but it eventually evolved
into all aspects of production.
We now offer services in graphic design,
studio recording, and video creation and
production. The aim is to be a one-stop-shop
for all the branding needs of up-and-coming

I was raised in a musical and creative
household and have always loved music and
art (I drew a lot when I was younger).
However, I didn’t necessarily want to follow
through with playing instruments; I ran away
from it actually. Music came calling again
while I was at home for a few months after
graduating high school. This time, I answered
the call. The church was short of musicians at
the time and, after a few months of practice, I
ended up filling the role of a pianist there.

HAVE YOU HAD ANY CHALLENGES
AS A JAMAICAN ENTREPRENEUR.
Finances have been my main challenge. Rates
for loans are high and finding people to
partner with without a high overhead fee is
also a challenge. I estimate needing a
minimum of $3,000,000 to truly grow the
business to where I believe it should be.
IF YOU WERE TO DESCRIBE YOUR
BUSINESS IN ONE WORD, WHAT
WOULD THAT WORD BE & WHY?
Unique. There’s no other small business like
this in Jamaica that offers the services I offer
under one umbrella. Our services encompass
production,
entertainment
and
studio
recording under one umbrella. There’s no
need for our clients to go to multiple places
to find the services they need.
