4 . Upload Invoice Screen A new window will pop up . Once you have accessed the invoice screen , follow these steps :

a . Under the Line Item Details section , fill in the “ Requested Funding Amount ” in the blank box next to the correct line item ( 1 st picture below ); b . Upload all required documents by clicking the red “ Upload ” button ( 1 st picture below ); c . Once you are in the “ File Upload Window ”, Enter the 1 File description ( signed FSR , financial backup doc ,… as appropriate ), 2 Type of attachment ( File Upload ), 3 Select the correct file to upload from your computer ; d . After browsing and selecting the correct document , click the “ Upload Now ” button ( 2 nd picture below ); e . A scanned copy of your agency ’ s signed and dated FSR along with all financial backup documentation should be uploaded here ; f . You should see a message at the top in red stating that your invoice has been uploaded done ( 3 rd picture below ); g . You can upload as many financial documents as needed ; h . Select Close Window once you have uploaded all required documents to return to the previous page ( 3 rd picture below ); i . Enter your name at the bottom in the box labeled “ Sign here to accept ” ( 1 st picture below );
