2 . Data Needed All cells on the PMR are locked except for the cells that require your data entry . These cells are colored green . The green cells are the only cells that subrecipients are allowed to fill in . Formulas have been written into the spreadsheet to automatically calculate all totals from month to month . The newly updated forms for PY2020 must be used , older versions of the forms will not be accepted unless previous arrangements have been made with Grants Management . Once the spreadsheet has been completed for monthly reporting , the Excel spreadsheet itself can be uploaded into ZoomGrants . No scanning is needed .

ZoomGrants Process

1 . General Information

• All PY2020 CDBG and ESG invoices will be entered and tracked in ZoomGrants only ;
• Each contracted agency receiving a CDBG or ESG grant is expected to submit their monthly documentation via ZoomGrants correctly and on time by the 10 th of every month ;
• The HELP category in the top right corner of your log in screen can be accessed for information and instruction concerning ZoomGrants ;
• ZoomGrants automatically saves the data that you enter as it is entered ;
• If you have any questions about ZoomGrants , Darwin Wade , Grants Supervisor- Planning and Programs is the local administrator . He can be reached by email at Darwin . Wade @ arlingtontx . gov or by phone at ( 817 ) 459-6221 . An alternate email is GrantsManagement @ arlingtontx . gov .

2 . Login The website for ZoomGrants is www . ZoomGrants . com / login /. Each appointed user from each contracted agency will be set up with a user name and password to access the system online . Under no circumstances should any user share their password to access the system .

3 . Add Invoice Once logged in , you will be directed to your agency ’ s “ My Account Home ”. You will see one of the two screens shown below . If you have the “ Invited as Collaborator ” screen for your home screen , then you will need to click on “ View Application ” then go to your Financial Status Report ( FSR ) tab to access your agency ’ s financial information . On this screen , click on the “ Add Invoice ” button or the “ Create a New Invoice ” button depending on your screen view .
