Select lever position warning:

Case 1: Shift the select lever to
the “P” position, switch the pushbutton ignition switch to “OFF” and
exit the vehicle.
Case 2: Start the engine, shift
the select lever to the “P” position,
switch the push-button ignition
switch to “OFF” and exit the vehicle.

Replace the battery of the access key.
While turning the steering wheel right
and left lightly, depress the brake pedal
and press the push-button ignition
switch.

System malfunction warning:
Contact a SUBARU dealer immediately
