The hands-free system or Bluetooth phone does not work.
The connected Bluetooth phone may not be a compatible Bluetooth cellular phone.
The Bluetooth version of the connected cellular phone may be older than the specified version.

Outside of the USA customers, contact your local dealer to arrange a demonstration in order to confirm whether or not the phone can be paired with the vehicle.
Use a cellular phone with Bluetooth version 2.1 or higher. Recommended: Ver. 5.0 or higher
