MAP SCREEN OPERATION
CURRENT POSITION DISPLAY
After moving the map,
Re-center( Re-center) may be displayed. Select Re-center( Re-center) to return the map to the current position.
NOTE llWhile driving, the current position mark is fixed on the screen and the map moves. llThe current position is automatically set as the vehicle receives signals from the GPS( Global Positioning System). If the current position is not correct, it is automatically corrected after the vehicle receives signals from the GPS. llIf the battery has been disconnected or when the vehicle is new, the current position may not be correct. As soon as the system receives signals from the GPS, the correct current position will be displayed. llAfter moving the map, if it is not moved for a certain amount of time, it will automatically return to the current position.
MAP SCALE
1. Select any point on the map. 2. Select or to change the scale of the map screen.

When the automatic zoom function is on( →P. 188) during route guidance, the map is zoomed in automatically when approaching intersections or turning points.
NOTE
llThe scale of the map screen can also be changed with the double touch or pinch operation.( →P. 46) llIf the map scale has been changed after moving the map, the map scale will return to previous scale when the map is returned to the current position. llThe automatic zoom function may not operate if the map scale is adjusted manually during route guidance. To reenable the automatic zoom function, change the orientation of the map screen.( →P. 168)
