9-13. IF THE FUEL FILLER LID CANNOT BE OPENED

If the fuel filler lid cannot be opened due to a malfunction or a dead battery, it can be opened from the cargo area.
1. Cover the tip of a flat-head screwdriver with vinyl tape or cloth so that it will not scratch. Remove the access cover at the right-side of the cargo area trim using a flat-head screwdriver.
3. Pull the clip to unlock the fuel filler lid.

2. Remove the clip from the trim.
