What to do if
In other situations
Even though all conceivable measures have been taken, the symptom status does not change.
The cellular phone is not close enough to this system. Bring the cellular phone closer to this system.
The cellular phone is the most likely cause of the symptom.
● Turn the cellular phone off, remove and reinstall the battery pack, and then restart the cellular phone.
● Enable the cellular phone’ s Bluetooth connection.
● Stop the cellular phone’ s security software and close all applications.
● Before using an application installed on the cellular phone, carefully check its source and how its operation might affect this system.
For details, refer to the owner’ s manual that came with the cellular phone.
Applications
If a problem occurs while using an app function, refer to the following table.
Function of Apple CarPlay cannot be enabled.
Apple CarPlay function of the connected cellular phone may not have been enabled. Enable Apple CarPlay of the cellular phone. For details, refer to the owner’ s manual that came with the cellular phone.
Updating the system
If a problem occurs when attempting to perform a system update, refer to the following table.
“ No server response.” is displayed and software cannot be downloaded.
The vehicle may be in an area having weak communication signals. Move the vehicle to an area where communication signals can be received normally. If it is still not possible to download, contact your SUBARU dealer.
An error occurred at the server.( Server cannot respond temporarily due to maintenance, etc.) Wait for the server to return to normal. If it is still not possible to download, contact your SUBARU dealer.
