WHAT TO DO IF
UPDATING THE SYSTEM
If a problem occurs when attempting to perform a system update, refer to the following table.
Symptom Cause Solution
“A software download error occurred. Please try
again.” is displayed.
“No server response. Please try again.” is
displayed.
The set time of the clock and actual time differ
greatly.
An error occurred at the server. (Server cannot
respond temporarily due to maintenance, etc.)
The connection between the system and the
Wi-Fi access point is weak or has been lost.
Communication between the Wi-Fi access point
and server has been lost.
Set the clock to the correct time.
�� 11.6-inch display with Navi system: Move the
vehicle to an area where GPS signals can be
received normally.
�� 11.6-inch display system: Move the vehicle
to an area where cellular phone reception is
good.
�� Dual 7.0-inch display system: Manually set the
clock to the correct time. Refer to the vehicle
Owner’s Manual.
Wait for the server to return to normal.
Connect the system to the Wi-Fi access point
again and perform the update in an area with
low electrical noise.
Check that the Wi-Fi access point can connect to
the internet and perform the update in an area
with low electrical noise.
