Adaptive Cruise Control
■ Stay-stopped function
If the vehicle in front comes to a stop while you are utilizing Adaptive Cruise Control, your
vehicle will also come to a stop and will stay stopped.
Once your vehicle has come to a complete stop with the vehicle in front, Adaptive Cruise
Control is paused and the stay-stopped function is engaged. When
changes from
green to white,
will be displayed.

When your vehicle has been stopped by depressing the brake pedal strongly, operate the
RES/SET switch to start the stay-stopped function.
CAUTION
It may take approximately 1 second to start the stay-stopped function after
the vehicle is stopped.
NOTE
If you apply the brake pedal softly, the stay-stopped function may not start. In
this case, the “READY” indicator will not illuminate.
