Conventional Cruise Control I Changing the set vehicle speed The following two methods can be used to increase the set vehicle speed. Using the RES/SET switch While driving with Conventional Cruise Control on, if the RES/SET switch is pushed to the RES/+ briefly, the set vehicle speed will increase in increments of 5 MPH (5 km/h). If the RES/SET switch is pushed to the RES/+ for longer, the set vehicle speed will increase in increments of 1 MPH (1 km/h) over a specific period of time.
