Introduction
NOTE
An option screen will display on the head unit when the i-button
is
pressed. From the option screen you can select either Enhanced Roadside
Assistance or Concierge Services. If you do not choose a service, then Roadside
Assistance will automatically be called in approximately 10 sec.
* In order to utilize these services, you must be an active SUBARU STARLINK ® Connected Services
subscriber.
The overhead console also includes the LED status lights that indicate the
SUBARU STARLINK ® Connected Services system status. Below is a description
of the different statuses that the LED light(s) can indicate.

Situation
Solid Green System is normal. A
subscription to the
SUBARU STARLINK ®
Connected Services
service has been
established*.
Solid Red A system malfunction has
occurred. Refer to the

Flashing Green or Red SUBARU STARLINK ®
Connected Services
service is currently
communicating (e.g. Voice
call, Stolen Vehicle
Recovery, etc.).
No Light A subscription to the
SUBARU STARLINK ®
Connected Services
service has not been
established. Refer to the

Troubleshooting 41.
