Convenience **Remote Engine Start will only operate for a total runtime of 20 minutes before the vehicle will need to be manually restarted from within the vehicle. (Example: 5 Minute + 5 Minute + 10 Minute = 20 minute total runtime) Please remember to comply with your local municipal by-law regarding the control of motor vehicle idling. An "Engine Stop" button will display, once your vehicle’s engine has successfully started. If you choose to stop your vehicle, press the "Engine Stop" button and enter your STARLINK PIN to send the command. NOTE This feature will not work under the following conditions: • Ignition is ACC or ON • Vehicle is moving • Any vehicle door / engine hood / tailgate or trunk is ajar • If your vehicle has not been started for 14 days • Weak signal area NOTE Depending on how your vehicle is equipped, some features might not be available. Your vehicle will need to be equipped with the following for Remote Engine Start: • Keyless Access with Push-Button Start • Lineartronic ® CVT Remote Engine Start with Climate Control: • Automatic Climate Control Check with your authorized dealer or MySubaru to see what SUBARU STARLINK ® Connected Services features are applicable to your vehicle. NOTE Remote Engine Start with Climate Control is only applicable to gas engine vehicles. This feature is not applicable to the Crosstrek Plug-in Hybrid. 25
