Forover40years, Subaruhasbeendesigningvehiclestohelpprotectyouand your passengers. Building on our long history of engineering safe vehicles, we are pleased to bring you MySubaru Connected Services, that provide the additional security and peace of mind you’ ve come to expect from Subaru.
MySubaru Connected Services allows you to stay connected to your Subaru vehicle and receive important information to help keep you and your vehicle safe. MySubaru Connected Services uses the nationwide 4G LTE cellular network( where available). This technology is completely separate from your smartphone device and uses automatic roaming, optimizes connections and prioritizes emergency requests.
Housed inside your vehicle, MySubaru Connected Services uses voice-response technology with the addition of a live assistance team for features such as Advanced Automatic Collision Notification( AACN), SOS Emergency Assistance, Enhanced Roadside Assistance and MySubaru Personal Assistant.
With MySubaru Connected Services features, you are able to:
• Receive automatic emergency assistance in the event of a collision
• Receive assistance in the event your vehicle is stolen
• Remotely access vehicle features
• Monitor the status of your vehicle’ s health
In addition, MySubaru mobile app can keep you informed and up-to-date on your vehicle’ s status via email, text messaging or push notifications.
Use your MySubaru mobile app account to access MySubaru Connected Services featuresandalerts. Enrollment mighthaveoccurredatyourDealer, sobesuretolookforaconfirmationemail with your temporary password before creating a new account. MySubaru mobile app also provides you access to a wealth of remote features such as Remote Lock & Unlock, Remote Engine Start, Remote Vehicle Locator and many more.
