Depending on how your vehicle is equipped, some features might not be available. Your vehicle will need to be equipped with the following:
• Keyless Access with Push-Button Start
• Lineartronic ® CVT
• Automatic Climate Control
Check with your authorized Subaru Dealer or MySubaru to see what MySubaru features are applicable to your vehicle.
WARNING
Do not remote start a vehicle in an enclosed environment( e. g., closed garage). Prolonged operation of a motor vehicle in an enclosed environment can cause a harmful build-up of carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide is a colorless and odorless gas that is dangerous, and potentially lethal, if inhaled.
Remote Engine Start with Climate Control( If Equipped)
Start your vehicle and set the climate control system temperature with thepushofabuttonfromtheMySubarumobileapp. Chooseyour preferred heating or air conditioning settings to help bring the interior temperature to a more comfortable level before you enter the vehicle. MySubaru Remote Engine Start with Climate Control gives you the option to make sure your drive is convenient and comfortable.
• LogontotheMySubarumobileapp
• Select Remote Engine Start with Climate Control and set your preferences:
• Set the climate control system temperature *
• Select Manual or Automatic climate setting. Automatic allows the system to control Air Flow Mode, Fan Speed, and Air Circulation
• ChoosetheEngineRuntime **( 5or10Minutes)
• Select Rear Climate Zone( if equipped) and it will mirror the climate control settings chosen
• SetAirFlowMode
• Select the Front and / or Rear defroster
• Select driver or front passenger seat heater, and the heat level preferred, Low / Medium / High.
• AirFlowSpeed( 1-7)
• Air Circulation
