Stolen Vehicle Recovery
IfyourSubaruvehicleiseverstolen, MySubaru ® offersStolenVehicle Recovery features designed to assist law enforcement in the recovery of your vehicle.
Once you have filed a police report, a Primary or Authorized MySubaru user may contact MySubaru Connected Services to request activation of Stolen Vehicle Recovery services. After verification, a MySubaru Connected Services Representative can work with local law enforcement to help provide relevant vehicle location information to assist in recovery efforts. How to Request Stolen Vehicle Recovery:
• File a police report with your local law enforcement agency.
• Call 1-800-263-8802 to inform MySubaru Connected Services of the theft.
• Be prepared to verify your identity and provide police report details, including the case number.
• Once verified, a MySubaru Connected Services Representative may activate Stolen Vehicle Recovery services, which can assist law enforcement by:
• Providing vehicle location information
• Remotely flashing the vehicle’ s lights, when available, to aid identification
