If a problem occurs when attempting to perform a system update , refer to the following table .
Symptom
“ No server response .” is displayed and software cannot be downloaded .
“ The software install failed .” is displayed .
Cause
The vehicle may be in an area having weak communication signals .
An error occurred at the server . ( Server cannot respond temporarily due to maintenance , etc .)
Software installation may have failed or an error of unidentified cause may have occurred .
