Emergency Lane Keep Assist( if equipped)
How to use Emergency Lane Keep Assist
Operate the center information display to turn on Emergency Lane Keep Assist. This function is turned on by selecting“ ON” on the“ Emergency Lane Keeping Assist” screen of the EyeSight settings.

The system can activate when all of the following conditions are met. However even when all of the following conditions are met, there are cases when Emergency Lane Keep Assist does not activate because the lane markings or following vehicle cannot be detected.
• Your vehicle speed is between approximately 37 mph( 60 km / h) and 90 mph( 145 km / h).
• The system is detecting the lane markings.
• The system is detecting the following vehicle.
• BSD / RCTA is not turned off.
• Lane Centering Function is not operating.
• The driver is operating the steering wheel.
• On a road that has a lane width that is between approximately 10 ft( 3 m) and 15 ft( 4.5 m)
• On a straight road or gentle curve
• Driving near the center of a lane
When the vehicle is likely to depart the lane, Emergency Lane Keep Assist starts to operate. The lane indicator on the side that the vehicle is likely to cross will blink in yellow.
