Following distance setting switches
• Press either of these switches to select the set following distance in 4 stages ( only when Adaptive Cruise Control is on ).

• When the main cruise control is on , switching between Adaptive Cruise Control and Conventional Cruise Control is possible by pressing the / ( Following distance setting ) switch *. *: To switch to Conventional Cruise Control , press and hold the switch for approximately 2 seconds or longer .
CRUISE switch
• Press this switch to turn cruise control * on / off . When ( Adaptive Cruise Control indicator ) or ( Conventional Cruise Control indicator ) is shown on the combination meter display , this indicates that the main cruise control is on .

• Press this switch to cancel the cruise control .
� Pages 87 and 149 *: Adaptive Cruise Control and Conventional Cruise Control RES /+ switch ( RES / SET switch )
• Press this switch to set cruise control *.
• After cruise control * is canceled , press this switch to resume the cruise control function at the vehicle speed that was previously set .
• Press this switch to increase set vehicle speed ( when cruise control * is currently set ).
