SUBARU STARLINK
The user’s sole and exclusive remedies for any app
downloaded from the iTunes Store, Google Play or
other application stores (each, an "Application Store")
(including the STARLINK app), or otherwise installed
on customer’s Smart Phone, shall be as provided in
the Application Store Terms and Conditions or other
similar document and SUBARU CORPORATION
assumes no responsibility for those apps or their
operation. Any services provided by the Product
System shall be covered by a separate Services
Agreement.

IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE,"

INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

CORPORATION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS
AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, "SUBARU
CORPORATION PARTIES") DISCLAIM ANY AND
ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY,
RELIABILITY,
TIMELINESS,
COMPLETENESS,
ACCURACY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE
PRODUCT SYSTEM. SUBARU CORPORATION
PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT OR COVENANT
THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS ASSOCIATED
WITH THE PRODUCT SYSTEM WILL BE
CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PRODUCT SYSTEM
IS FREE OF VIRUSES, ERRORS, OR OTHER
HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR WILL OPERATE
UNINTERRUPTED OR ON ANY SCHEDULE.
BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW
THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE
ABOVE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
