Transmitter/access key battery
Replace the battery with a new one if it is depleted.
I You will need the following items:
G Flathead screwdriver
G Lithium battery CR2016 (vehicles without a keyless access
with push button start system), or CR1632 (vehicles with a
keyless access with push button start system)
I Replacing the battery (vehicles without a keyless access
with push button start system)
STEP 1
Remove the cover.
To prevent damage to the key,
cover the tip of the screwdriver
with a rag.
To prevent the buttons from
being disassembled, face the
button surface downward.
