Always raise the head restraint when mounting a child restraint system with a tether . Failure to do so may prevent the tether from being fastened tightly . inspection location in the U . Three tether anchorages are installed on the back side of the rear seatback .
1 . Attach the tether hook to the appropriate tether anchorage .
2 . Tighten the tether securely .
