having to work with that other
counterpart. And that was the
one thing that Gerald was like,
“I’m so excited, I want to start
acting.” Because the first day,
Gerald did all of the prison
scenes, which you will see in
the movie. They were shot on
our first day.
SM: So you went right to the
heavy stuff!
SD: We went right to the heavy
stuff. Literally you could hear
a pin drop when Gerald took
his placement and we were all
sitting around waiting to see
how he was going to handle it.
SM: Everyone was probably
thinking the exact same thing,
including Gerald.
SD: Ya, it was a do or die moment.
Long live Gerald because he had
so many eyes and ears on him just
waiting to see how he was going
to deliver that first scene. We shot
in a smaller room so the first shot
I stepped out so he was only in
there with the camera. Literally
everybody looked at each other
we knew that it was on!
SM: He broke the seal and the
rest is history!
SD: Exactly! We have Ethan
