When Marc Bolan wrote Children of the
Revolution in 1972, Mathias Augustyniak
and Michaël Amzalag, collectively
known as graphic design studio M/M,
were Parisian toddlers, unaware of their
potentiality as products of their time and
place. Born in 1967 and 1968 respectively,
close on the May 1968 protests, nouvelle
vague and a cultural revolution, the pair
would go on to become art students
