The Agile Performer Index clearly shows that organizations in every industry can benefit from more agility. However, penetration is not the same everywhere: the index reveals major differences between individual industries, and also between companies of different sizes, in terms of how deeply the agile routines are entrenched. Agility scores vary significantly between industries. Travel & Transportation (73 points) and Professional Services (73 points) score highest on average. Healthcare (69 points), Consumer Goods, and Telecommunications, Media & Technology (68 points each) are clustered in the midfield. The lowest scorers are Energy (66 points) and – lagging well behind – Financial Services (62 points).
